I need very little from MC now. Im not going for my T1 set. Just a new pair of gloves and ToeP. Other than that, I'm BWL ready. I used to lead a guild on Dethecus. My fiancee and I built it from the ground up when we were a bunch of level 20s, so repairbills on learning new bosses and patience required to do so aren't even an issue. Im very used to them. Charisma and leadership make a huge part in a guild, but so does doing what you're told.
