Are you comfortable playing Ele on bosses we need to cut healers? While we don't require you to actively play both specs, having the flexibility of a healer than can switch to DPS for progress is a huge.

Overall, I'm pleased with your app. Our resident Resto Shaman should be on some time tomorrow to look over everything.

Can you please go into depth with your stat priorities? Why do you value crit over mastery, etc. What reasons did you decide to go with Haste> Crit> Mastery.

For the most part, I am comfortable with Ele. Although on fights where there is a DPS check and such, I generally have a preference towards sitting since I don't have a full ele set. I never like being the liability.

Yes, for you, I can.

Sure. As far as crit over mastery. Crit provides a mix of throughput and regeneration. Mastery provides more conditional throughput. In most comps, there are at least a few sources of absorbs so I have found any substantial amount of mastery to be largely wasted as raid health is generally stable. There was some discussion on the shaman forums about Mastery over 50% being irrelevant although most have written it off as a point of diminishing return, not irrelevant. Although at my gear level, I have more than enough mastery passively.

As far as the haste breakpoint, I am shooting for the 8916 haste breakpoint with some wiggle room since there has been some proof that latency can affect the additional tick on HST. With Rushing Streams, this tick is all the more valuable. At some point, I might make the push to another breakpoint if I get some different pieces of gear.

With the crit I have, spirit is largely irrelevant. I can stack more spirit for the benefit of the raid if needed, but my last healing cores haven't really needed much beyond the 14-15k that I bring.
