Am I late to the party? Just a couple things that caught my eye. Your shoulders are only 1/2 upgraded, is this an oversight or are you struggling with Valor points? Unerring Vision of Lei Shen trinket, why?

Yeah i upgraded my off spec then got the shoudlers/helm last week .. as far as the uvls i have the valor trinket and was doing some test with ulvs doing quite abit more dps sustained on dummy gonna run lfrs
