i think you have a good application and are providing reasonable responses to our questions. i'd recommend working out your boot enchant (one way or the other) as well as fixing your professions today though.

You can't really rely on Long Arm of the Law because you don't want to spend a global on judgement to move faster when you want to keep your rotation crisp. So it's better to be moving faster all the time and having 175 haste to boots instead of 140 mastery.
