Leatherworking - I picked up LW before they announced +50 stat bracer enchants.
Alchemy - I switched to Alch when they announced the release of the new Alchemy stones. The 40% increase on Concentration pots was quite helpful during progression.

Main Spec: Holy
Off Spec: Protection
I don't usually play Protection in a main raid setting but outside of main raiding I play it quite often.
- Explain your choice of gear for main & offspecs:
Holy: My gearing for Holy sways between pure Haste and my personal Mastery/Crit setup that I enjoy using on some fights.
Protection: I can't achieve avoidance cap with my current gear but pretty much pure mastery with evened out dodge and parry values.
- What glyphs do you use for each spec and why:
Holy: Seal of Insight, Divine Favor, Word of Glory
- Seal of Insight: Pure 5% Healing increase, too valuable to pass up.
- Divine Favor: The extra 10 seconds on DF is quite nice especially since the buff to Holy Radiance now allows us to get 2 DF'd HRs with each use.
- Word of Glory: With the release of 4.2 Word of Glory actually became a viable spell for Holy and is now one of our most used spells.
Protection: Word of Glory, Hammer of the Righteous, Seal of Truth
- Word of Glory: Threat has never been an issue (especially now) so I've opted to use Word of Glory more than Shield of the Righteous.
- Seal of Truth: 10 Expertise, Limiting Crusader Strike parries to build HP quicker.
- Hammer of the Righteous: More AoE threat.

Divine Light: Excessive amounts of tank damage.
Holy Light: Low amounts of tank damage, spam during downtime.
Word of Glory: Medium tank damage, spot healing, movement.
Holy Radiance: Massive AoE damage.
Light of Dawn: Basic AoE damage.
Holy Shock: Used on cooldown to generate Holy Power for WoG and LoD.
Crusader Strike: Used on movement when Holy Shock is on cooldown with 2 or less Holy Power.

Encore, Illidan: I was an Officer in Encore until we broke up.
Incite, Mannoroth: The main reason I decided to leave Incite was the lack of authority and lack of officer compassion for the guild. Our recruitment officer repeatedly allowed people with disreputable guild history to slip through the cracks and we suffered from it. Severe and constant failure went without punishment, the players who were not able to perform up to par and above were not replaced and it was apparent that only a handful of us actually cared. Five of us voiced our concern but we were just ignored so we left.

I mentioned my parse issue to Euphoric, here is all I have at the moment. I missed 3 weeks of Firelands due to computer issues so the FL parses are with nothing but T11 gear. Some of the parses are quite old too.
