- Can you describe the ruckus?
the ruckus is a wireless company that builds wireless modems and systems that are builds on performance, functionality, and capabilities it can bring.
the ruckus is the name of several bands and organizations around the nation.
- Professions and why did you choose them:
Jewelcrafting - it brings 42 extra stat points to the table
Blacksmithing - it brings 40 extra stat points to the table
both greatly help with damage, but i chose these 2 because of their stats, rather than one of them being engineering.

- Explain your choice of gear for main & offspecs:
Current gear-
The gear on my armory is build for Frost spec right now and is currently the best gear I could possibly wear out of everything I currently have. I am aware that my exp is over what it should be and I have some excess of hit which is not much of a problem being dual wield, but my exp does need to be dropped and I keep a 12% spec hit cap for frost.
Gear for Unholy-
The gear is very similar only the difference is there is a lot less hit, down to around 7-8% melee hit, I currently however do not have shadows edge, but I am working on it, this is because pre 3.3.3 i did not have to worry about it but after the guild went casual almost all of my gold was spent and so i have been getting saronite through badges.
Gear for Blood-
Same as unholy but more emphasis on armor pen, and more exp because blood does not provide the extra 5 like frost and unholy.

For Frost-
It works between a priority system and a rotation
-Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Blood Strike, Blood Strike, Obliterate, Frost Strike Spam, Obliterate, Obliterate, Obliterate, Frost Strike Spam.
this will change upon changing mobs or the intro rotation involving ERW.
Howling blast is used upon proc unless there is a need to use it with killing machine.
and last if killing machine procs a frost strike is used right after.
Unholy-
rotation is pretty straight forward depending on if reaping is present

I have not done arena for some time, but do enjoy it, and have participated in 2 arena tournaments.

BC-
Furore- I quickly rose to the rank of raider, and downed all BC content with Furore.
Wrath-
Furore- continued raiding with furore up to early ToC and got server only Black proto-drakes, and was server 2nd for everything, as well as being an officer.
Genesis- Joined genesis as a Frost DK early ToC and raided hard core as server first and obtained rank 20th US, around the time that only 14 of the US guilds had more than or equal to 10/12 hard modes killed genesis went casual on the basis that many raiders were loosing interest and the GM was not happy with the 5% increasing damage buff because Gensis was a guild that liked to hold top DPS parses.
I have been looking for a guild since and my DK resides on Dragonblight currently because the guild I was accepted into had me transfer and before even getting invited into the guild, they declined me. (i wasn't very happy)

Other parses-
Since I have gotten better gear than the 10 man parse above I have done raids, but the guild I did it with had their 25 man parses private and I will be unable to show them, but I easily did well over 10K dps on the fights I was in for as frost.
About the parses-
All the parses that I have picked out from the calendar logs that are pre 3.3.3 was when i was experimenting HEAVILY with frost changing playstyles and specs, and reviewing logs heavily comparing them to top ranking DPS parses done by other DKs, such as Starfreak who ran the frost/blood spec before 3.3.3 and assisted me and talked about frost a lot with me because I'm on good terms with him. I did hold quite a few top 20 frost parses but saddly since the 5% buff and the changes to frost have come out, all my parses have fallen off the grid. the 10 man parse after 3.3.3 was done for the sole reason to show DPS because the DPS of the other listed parses is pretty bad and a better example of DPS is most likely wanted, also note that I do not have the buffs that a full 25 man raid will have to increase my DPS in the 10 man parse. Also as I noted, I would gladly post the 25 man parses from the fights I was in for recently but sadly they are private and I can't access them.

I wish to join because I do not want to leave the high-end raid experience and go casual like most of Genesis did. The raid times of Simple Math fit with what I prefer. Simple Math also does 10 mans so that is always a plus in my book along with having the seriousness of progression and still having some fun during raid time and out of raid.

Dell XPS 630 (yes its a dell D:), 4GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT, 30-50 FPS in 25 man raid.
- What kind of internet connection do you have? Run an internet speed test against Boston at speedtest.net Link the results below.
I currently sadly use a wireless connection, but I never have any problems with it, even though it does significantly bind my internet speed, I will be upgrading it soon and I'm looking into getting a ether-net cord to the modem. I DC rarely but if it happens it only takes about 10-20 seconds to get back in.
