692 Brewmaster Monk

Postby Aggro » Tue Jun 02, 2015 10:27 pm

Player Information:
-Age/Location
24 Iowa
-Number of Testicles:
Two last I checked
-Do you use and authenticator?
Yes
-How long have you played WoW?
Since late BC
-Endgame Experience
Raiding since Wrath, skipped cata however. All bosses down on heroic this expansion and the loot pinata that kargath was on mythic.

Character Information:
-Name and Class
Asamia Brewmaster Monk
-Link to Armory
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/b ... mia/simple
-Race
Pandaren. Food buffs!
-Professions
Herb/Alchemy. For making my own potions and transmutation in previous expansions.
-Spec/Dual Spec?
Main spec Brewmaster, Off spec Windwalker. Played way more brewmaster than windwalker, but I am current with the theory behind it, would just need to practice.
-Choice of gear for main and off specs?
For brewmaster, fights where I feel I need maximum mitigation I will prioritize bonus armor, mastery, crit, versitility. Low damage tank fights or farm content priority changes to bonus armor, crit, multistrike, mastery.
Off spec windwalker gear includes as much multi as I can get followed by crit and versatility.
-Rotation
The rotation includes generating as much chi as possible per encounter, therefore keg smash has the highest priority and is used on cooldown. I try to keep one charge of guard always recharging, while saving the second for emergencies. Otherwise it is jab to prevent energy capping, chi explosion when above 3 chi for single target (4 chi for multi-target/cleave) to keep up stagger and purify damage, and fill in all remaining globals with tiger palm.
-Prior guilds/Reasons for leaving?
I have raided with the same guild, Coalescence, since early mists but due to attendance problems and recruiting difficulties, the guild has stopped raiding. I want to continue raiding, and don't feel that clearing heroic is the limit to my ability.

Other Information:

Why did you skip cata raiding?

I see you have hardly any experience with the mythic fights. For most of us we have cleared the bosses time and time again (outside of a few) and at this point the bosses are dull and tiring.... How will you prepare yourself to know our strats and fights prior to being thrown into the shark pit?

I know its not a big deal but on a personal note, when the question asks for a ss in a raid environment, it might be a good idea to follow that simple instruction....

A + for the super cute panda lol

I had started school, and had the intention of focusing on that.

I've been getting trying to fill in open positions in guilds doing mythic on my current server, gaining experience of the fights this way. In addition, I try to watch videos for fights which I have yet to be able to see in person. I also try to find class specific information/recommendations/tips for each fight individually.

We are going to pass on your application. Thanks!
Just my opinion, not necessarily that of this guild or its officers.

The remedy was my legendary wizard dick.
