I read that response, but was looking for where you're having the decision making error that's leading to this? Is it overzealous shredding/FB, wasted CPs, or lack of information(as Malyse suggested with the addon question)? My guess is a combination of all three and more.

Regardless of if your application is accepted or not, I'd highly recommend giving EventHorizon a try.

ATM I use catrotationhelper to track bleeds. I'm always looking for different better addons and will give that a try. Tbh it's the lack of hit/exp that messes with me. I'll go to reapply a bleed and it will miss or dodge screwing up my rotation. I'm working on just clipping earlier and getting out of the habit of focusing on rake more then rip.
