My paladin uses Power Auras for CD management (very good), but I think Nord's is some other face-rolling device.

Nord's ui is terrible but he uses ghost pulse.

GhostPulse and PowerAuras are terrible, use Forte.

Well I haven't used either, but I'm sure they're terrible.
