It appears Igotpinkhair stole these items from Deux Vox (Balnazzar) and transferred back to Andorhal to sell them. The items have been removed from his inventory and returned to his previous guild. He might be banned as well.

I knew they were probably stolen, but if he hadn't been such a greedy jewbag he could have made a lot of money anyway.
