Looking at Curse, it looks like it is an addon that basically tells you your rotation and what to hit by "lighting up" the skills on your action bar. Don't know how efficient it could possibly be compared to doing your rotation by hand, but having to be told what to hit when seems like it...

and you can make your own logs in lfr or something instead of just telling us how awesome you are, just to give us an idea of how you play.

- Race & why did you choose it: Panda – for the stat buff I will most likely switch back to human in 5.1 if progression is cleared I was human for the first few weeks of MoP to reduce how long I had to do 30 plus dailies a day. Will do the same for the pvp faction IF progression is cleared. So ...
