We downed another hard mode after numerous bugs and exciting server restarts. It was a good kill, though; Keoni picked up the one piece of loot that doesn't have spirit in Ulduar, Greyknight and Altamont got all of their pyrite stolen by black mean people, and it was discovered that Grouch was actually good at something.
