BC - Cleared everything minus Mu'ru and KJ pre-nerf. (can provide more details if needed)
WoLK - Naxxaramas , Malygos, Sartharion (1,2,3), Ulduar, ToGC, ICC (Heroic LK world #57), and RS - all full cleared on Heroic
Cata - Quit the first week of tier 11 progression because of work travel and did not raid Firelands till late. Full cleared Dragon Soul heroic.

No Chicks Allowed: Ulduar through start of Dragon Soul (retired and was not about that life anymore).
